1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoDealHunt at autodealhunt.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use AutoDealHunt.

2. Description of Service

AutoDealHunt is a vehicle listing aggregator that collects and displays used vehicle listings sourced from Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace across Southern California. We provide Deal Hunter Alerts — saved vehicle searches that notify subscribers via email when new matching listings are found. AutoDealHunt is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Craigslist or Facebook.

3. Subscription and Payment

Access to Deal Hunter Alerts and member features requires a one-time payment. Available plans:

• 1 Month — $9.99
• 3 Months — $24.99
• 6 Months — $39.99

All payments are one-time charges. There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewals, and no recurring charges. Your access expires at the end of the purchased period.

Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. If you have questions about billing, contact us at hello@autodealhunt.com.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. AutoDealHunt does not store your credit card information. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service at stripe.com/legal.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a free 3-day trial with full access to all member features. The free trial is available once per account and does not require a credit card. After the trial period, access expires until a plan is purchased.

5. Listing Accuracy and Disclaimer

Listings displayed on AutoDealHunt are sourced from third-party platforms and are provided for informational purposes only. AutoDealHunt makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, or legitimacy of any listing.

You acknowledge that:

• Listings may be expired, inaccurate, fraudulent, or unavailable by the time you view them
• AutoDealHunt is not responsible for any vehicle transactions, disputes, or interactions between users and sellers
• You should independently verify any listing before making payments or entering agreements
• AutoDealHunt does not guarantee that Deal Hunter Alerts will capture every matching listing
• Prices displayed are as posted by sellers and may not reflect actual sale prices

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from AutoDealHunt
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on AutoDealHunt — excluding third-party listing content — is the property of AutoDealHunt and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoDealHunt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses arising from reliance on listing information, missed vehicle opportunities, or fraudulent listings.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
